Alpha Sigma Lambda is pleased to announce that for the 2023-2024 academic year it will grant a total of six (6) $3,000 scholarships and fifteen (15) $2,500 scholarships. Individuals are encouraged to apply who meet the following criteria:

• Adult students who are attending an institution that currently has an active Alpha Sigma Lambda chapter and who have achieved the following criteria (Student does not have to be a member of the local Alpha Sigma Lambda chapter to apply)
• Completed 24 semester hours (36 quarter hours) of graded coursework at this institution. Not including transfer hours, assessment hours, CLEP credit and the like and not including any courses in which the student is currently enrolled.
• Achieved a grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale on all work taken at this institution.
• Enrolled in an associate’s or a baccalaureate degree program at this institution.
• Has a financial need for assistance to complete their degree.
• Graduate students are not eligible to apply.

Application packets for students are available for download here.  Chapter Councilors must submit scholarship applications to the home office via our secure portal no later than Friday, April 28, 2023.

Alpha Sigma Lambda is proud to announce that it has awarded a total of 324 scholarships to adult learners from 119-chapter institutions.  The total funds that have been disbursed to date is $564,400.
