Return Policy
Alpha Sigma Lambda will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items ordered with institutional Greek letters may not be returned or exchanged. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order:
Please email alsiglam@eiu.edu explaining the reason you are returning the item and whether it is for an exchange of the item or a refund.
