“As a servant leader. I work with my colleagues, my subordinates and my clients from a place of compassion and empathy. I am an administrative leader in the 3rd largest school district in Ohio by number of students enrolled. I love what I do and this scholarship and the education I am earning at Xavier University will have a positive impact on the students in our communities.
