Raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and passionate about art and design, Gabrielle Hill is currently a senior at Salem College, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Design with a concentration in Interior Design. In November 2018, Gabrielle was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. Prior to her time at Salem College, Gabrielle obtained an Associates in Arts degree from Forsyth Technical Community College, graduated with honors and received the Dr. Dallas Herring Student Achievement Award.

Gabrielle, knows firsthand the challenges and sacrifices an adult student must face when seeking a higher education and the importance of scholarship opportunities. These opportunities aid dreams into reality, brings value to one’s education and makes degree completion victorious.

When Gabrielle isn’t vigorously working on her own art and design, She maintains a part-time position as a Design Associate for a small company, that specializes in home downsizing, organizing and interior design. She enjoys going to art museums, spending time with her family and spotting iconic chair cameos.
