“I am Ali Anderson, and I am passionate about helping companies create the optimal customer experience. I developed a keen interest in hospitality and problem-solving at a young age and have had career opportunities within restaurants, hospitality groups, and emergency services. 

Recognizing the rapidly evolving customer experience industry, I have chosen to further my education by returning to college. Through the advanced coursework at the College of Charleston, I have been able to expand my knowledge base, which has helped me acquire specialized skills in project management and applied communications. I am sincerely grateful for the scholarship opportunity, which will help me continue to pursue my aspirations.

Outside of my career and academia, I am supported by my two children and my husband. Our family firmly believes that continuous learning is instrumental to personal and professional growth.”
