Today, we’re excited to spotlight Delonica Rogers – a recipient of the 2023-2024 Alpha Sigma Lambda Scholarship Award! ⁠

Delonica Rogers isthe Quality Services Manager for The FMRT Group based out of Winston-Salem, NC. She has three sons whom she cherishes, a supportive husband who serves in the United States Army, and a precious goldendoodle named Athena. With an unwavering determination and a nurturing spirit, Delonica balance the demands of both career and family with grace and resilience all while continuing advancements in her educational journey with hopes of inspiring her children along the way.
