The Phi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Sigma Lambda held its induction ceremony at Thomas University on April 20, 2023.

All new members were undergraduate students age 26 or older, who had earned a minimum of 3.2 GPA taking a minimum of 24 graded undergraduate semester hours at Thomas University.

As a special part of the ceremony, the chapter gave an honorary membership to the Vice President of Military and Corporate Relations – Stephen Ferguson. There were 34 Alpha Sigma Lambda inductees, including 12 members who were also inducted in the SALUTE Veterans National Honor Society. It is the only honor society that recognizes the academic achievements of Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve and Veteran students.
