Under the leadership of Chapter Councilor, Stephanie Ganser, M.Ed, Director of the Adult Learning Experience at Virginia Commonweatlh University, the Psi Lambda Chapter was delighted to celebrate and welcome several new inductees to their honor society this Fall.

The induction ceremony included a special presentation from student speaker, Rainbow Willard, a recipient of the national office scholarship award, and individual recognition for each of the eleven inductees who were in attendance.

In partnership with the ASLHS Chapter, The VCU Adult Learner Program recognizes adult learners as valuable members of the VCU community, and offers support through every step of the academic journey. Whether students are applying to college for the first time or are only a few credits away from graduation, they strive to give individuals the tools they need to successfully complete their bachelor’s degree.

All student members inducted in this fall ceremony completed a minimum of twelve (12) graded semester hours for an associate degree and twenty-four (24) semester hours for a baccalaureate degree or equivalent.
